The ToolBank looks forward to supporting your service projects!  This online registration below is for organizations that have never had a ToolBank membership. If you're unsure if your agency has ever had a ToolBank membership, please call (404) 880-0054 x11 or e-mail gina@toolbank.org. To review and print the Membership and Program Guidelines, click here.

Membership Agreement: Please read carefully.

I, the undersigned, affirm that I have all requisite power and authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the Applying Agency (named above). I have read the ToolBank Membership and Program Guidelines documentation, and acknowledge that the Applying Agency is responsible for fulfilling the requirements of membership, as outlined in the ToolBank Guidelines documentation.  I recognize that the Applying Agency is solely responsible for tools borrowed from the ToolBank, and will adhere to the ToolBank’s rules of replacement or compensation in the event of missing tools.  I understand that all borrowed tools are used at the Applying Agency’s risk, and that the ToolBank is not responsible for injury or accident that may occur from the use of borrowed tools. With no exceptions, merchandise acquired from ToolBank Rescue & Reuse must be used by the Applying Agency solely for the benefit of its clients and/or administrative operations.  
Note: THIS MEANS THAT RESCUE & REUSE MERCHANDISE MAY NOT BE SOLD, BARTERED OR EXCHANGED (WHETHER AT FLEA MARKETS, THRIFT SHOPS, AUCTIONS, RAFFLES, CHARITY BENEFITS, FUND-RAISING EVENTS, OR IN ANY OTHER CONTEXT WHATSOEVER).  MERCHANDISE MAY NOT BE TAKEN BY VOLUNTEERS, OFFICERS, CLERGY OR EMPLOYEES FOR PERSONAL USE.  IT MUST BE USED SOLELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF CLIENTS AND/OR ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS, PURSUANT TO THE APPLYING AGENCY’S CHARITABLE PURPOSE.
