Tools and Supplies: In-Kind Donation Process
When it comes to collaborative service efforts, volunteers share a common thread - the use of Atlanta Community ToolBank tools and equipment! Help us strive toward a cleaner, safer & kinder Atlanta by donating your gently used or new tools. Gifts are tax-deductible and all donors receive an itemized tax receipt. Per IRS regulations, the value of the product donated is determined by the donor.
Urgent needs are posted on the Tool Wish List. Please contact CJ Clark, Master Tool Librarian at 404.880.0054 x12 or cj@toolbank.org with any questions regarding tool donations. Additionally, to ensure the most efficient experience possible, we kindly request all donors set an appointment for donation delivery.
Please note, pick-up service is not available at this time and due to space limitations and program needs, ToolBank is not able to accept items which do not match our current program needs. Outreach and Fund Development: In-Kind Donation Needs
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, The Atlanta Community ToolBank hosts several special events to raise much needed funds and build program awareness. In-kind donations are needed to support these initiatives. A list of current needs is below and new ideas are always welcome! Video Camera: Our new mascot Shirley Shovel is ready to shine! ToolBank staff and volunteers plan to create a documentary highlighting various service projects across the city with our own Shirley leading the charge. New or used equipment will work just fine!
Canon EOS Digital Camera: The professional lens set to fit the Canon series is already in-house, we just need a new or used matching camera!
Silent Auction Items: Our Fund Development team is busy planning several events for 2010. Silent auction gifts of all types are needed. Vacation packages for time shares or private homes, along with unique experiences such as private lessons, behind the scene tours, etc. are in high demand!
