The ToolBank 20for20 Campaign
2011 welcomed the 20th anniversary of your Atlanta Community ToolBank. How is this “my ToolBank” you may ask? Well, it’s pretty simple- the ToolBank is all about people. Empowering you, your co-workers, neighbors, friends, and family to create a stronger community for all. And today - you truly can do it all - straight from your computer.
From that first tree planting in 10 years to an inner city school's very first playground in more than 30 years - we’re in it for the long haul. That’s how your green will grow.
Since 1991, more than 400,000 local volunteers have put our blue tools to good use. This year alone, 50 faith-based service teams, 31 local schools, 29 theatre and arts groups, 15 home repair programs, and 10 women and children's shelters have all utilized the ToolBank to keep their volunteers working hard in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.
